Adam is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in residential investment, development, and title services. As CEO of RE Residential, he leverages his comprehensive background in real estate acquisition, development, and investment to identify high-growth opportunities across multiple markets.

Prior to founding RE Residential, Adam served as CEO of Real Title & Escrow and co-founded Real Equity Acquisitions, where he built a substantial portfolio of residential properties. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Sudhoff Properties as President and VP of Acquisition and Development, and as Land Manager at D.R. Horton, where he honed his expertise in market analysis and property valuation.

Adam holds an MBA and a BS in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Professional Engineer, bringing technical knowledge and industry credentials that enhance the firm's analytical approach to real estate investment.

Trevor manages all financial aspects of RE Residential and related entities, ensuring strong fiscal oversight and operational efficiency. His expertise in financial management and analysis plays a crucial role in the company's growth and success.

Prior to joining RE Residential, Trevor gained valuable experience in various business roles, including marketing at Lyon Hollis. He brings a dynamic and analytical approach to financial management, combining strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Trevor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Auburn University.

Will leads RE Residential's acquisitions team, bringing extensive institutional experience in single-family residential acquisitions and portfolio management. He manages our team of acquisition agents and oversees the entire acquisition process from initial analysis through closing.

Prior to joining RE Residential, Will served as Acquisitions Supervisor at Amherst Holdings, where he underwrote thousands of single-family residential properties across multiple acquisition channels including MLS, off-market, new construction, and bulk purchases. His experience spans over 15 markets nationwide, demonstrating his broad understanding of diverse real estate markets and investment opportunities.

Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business, where he was also involved with the Texas Real Estate Center. His institutional background and analytical approach strengthen our acquisition strategy and execution capabilities.

Chelsy oversees property management and construction operations, bringing a unique blend of real estate expertise and client-focused service. Her commitment to excellence ensures that both renovation projects and property management operations maintain the highest standards.

With extensive experience in real estate coordination and property management, Chelsy has developed strong relationships within the Houston real estate community. Her background includes roles at HomeVestors-AEL Properties, LLC and various real estate firms in the Houston area.

Chelsy graduated from St. Edward's University with a BA in Kinesiology and brings a diverse background in corporate wellness, writing, and real estate finance to her role.

Jereme brings more than 15 years of sales and construction experience in the real estate industry to his role as Director of Investor Sales. His comprehensive background includes experience as a HomeVestors franchisee, landlord, and construction manager.

His unique combination of technical expertise, with an engineering degree, and hands-on experience in real estate operations provides valuable insights for investors. Jereme's understanding of both the construction and investment aspects of real estate helps ensure optimal outcomes for our investment partners.

As a former landlord and construction manager, Jereme brings practical knowledge that enhances our ability to evaluate opportunities and execute successful investment strategies.
